About Osia Villa Single Owner Luxury Residence
Osia Villa is a private residence set on a plot of 2800 square meters overlooking paddy fields. The design connects indoor and outdoor areas, blurring the boundary between shelter and landscape. Two terraces mark the villa: an east terrace arranged for breakfast and a west terrace on the second level used for evening gatherings. A pergola seating area on the recreational floor is supported by the existing beam grid and frames views of the setting sun. Materials were sourced locally, and the pavement uses waste granite pieces.
