- Ontwerpuitdaging
- Due to the curvilinear design aesthetics, the project took on various challenges during the design and construction phases. While design studies and final drawings are prepared with precise 3D modeling and simulation, coordinations with consultants such as mechanical, lighting and AV were conducted on-site and online due to pandemic travel restrictions and lockdowns. Numerous testings of components and prototypes of kinetic-electrical systems were also performed to ensure manufacturing precision and safety.
- Navorsing
- As none of the rooms were exactly the same, a lot of research went into the investigation and coordination of material feasibility and constructability for curvilinear geometries. Numerous mock-ups and samples were constructed and approved before final installations. At the same time, on-site and online video meetings were conducted on a weekly basis to ensure progress and quality control.
