Oor Bow Tie Strikdas

Strikdas is 'n draagbare bykomstigheid wat van sandsteen gemaak is. Die struktuur van Strikdas boots natuurlike rotsformasies na en is geïnspireer deur die sandsteenformasies van die Boheemse Paradys in die Tsjeggiese Republiek. Vervaardiging kombineer sketswerk, driedimensionele modellering, driedimensionele drukwerk, RNB-frees en handwerk. Elke stuk word met die hand afgewerk, so elke bykomstigheid is uniek. Die item meet 114 x 58 x 20 millimeter en is stewig maar tog liggewig. 'n Verstelbare voorafgeknoopte band pas byna enige nek. Grootte, kleur en verpakking kan aangepas word, en handgemaakte verpakking is ingesluit.

Unieke Eienskappe: The Yakobium sandstone bow tie is unmatched, and without our novel technological process, it cannot and has never been created before. The structure mimics natural rock formation, and every single bow tie is unique since it is finalized by hand. Complemented by hand made packaging.

Produksietegnologie: Production includes sketching, 3d modeling, 3d printing, CNC milling, handicraft, and finishing. Also including colorization and lamp production.
Ontwerpuitdaging: Inventing the technological process, so the sculpture was firm to the required shape and still with the original artwork reminiscent of rock formations.
Navorsing: The research behind this object was to develop an innovative process to create well-balanced art resembling the inspiration from the Bohemian Paradise rock formations while the end product was sturdy but a lightweight. Also, a lot of research went into the finishing and possible customizations such as size, color, and hand-made packaging.
Inspirasie: The exclusive structure of the Yakobium sandstone bow tie is inspired by Bohemian Paradise in the Czech Republic and its unique rock formations. Since the site and the rock formations are marked as national heritage, crafting an object of this unique piece of nature is out of the question. So, with our unique technological process, everyone can enjoy the unique structures without harming nature. The inspiration comes from visits to the national heritage site.
Projekduur: The project started in 2012 with a sandstone illuminated sculpture prototype. In 2019, a special edition of bow ties has been created to make a wearable product to be accessible to masses.
Bedryfsvloei: The bow tie sculpture can be worn like any other bow tie on the market. It has an adjustable, pre-tied band that fits almost any neck. It has an awesome nature-like feeling in touch. The small sand particles do shine and reflect light.
