ስካይላይን ቤይ በቻይና ቼንግዱ ከተማ የተገነባ የማህበረሰብ ማዕከል ነው። ህንጻው 920 ካሬ ሜትር የግንባታ ስፋት ያለው ሲሆን፣ ባለሁለት ፎቅ እና ባለድርብ ከፍታ አቀማመጡ ክፍልፋዮች ያሉት ነገር ግን ሙሉ በሙሉ ያልተለያየ ከፊል የተከበበ ቦታ ይፈጥራል። የፊት ገጽታው በብር-ነጭ የአሉሚኒየም ሳህን እና በሻምፓኝ ወርቅ ቀለም ባለቀዳዳ የአሉሚኒየም ሳህን የተሸፈነ ሲሆን፣ የቢራቢሮ ክንፎችን የሚያስታውሱ ተንሳፋፊ ኩርባዎች ቅርጽ ተሰጥቶታል። የተጠማዘዙ መስመሮች በውስጥም ይቀጥላሉ፣ ለማሰላሰል የሚያገለግሉ ጸጥ ያሉ ማዕዘኖችን ይፈጥራሉ። ንድፉ በአቅራቢያ ከሚገኘው የሻሺ የውሃ መስመር እና ረግረጋማ ፓርክ መነሳሻ ያገኘ ሲሆን፣ የውሃ ዳርቻ ደሴት ጽንሰ-ሀሳብን ይከተላል።

- SkylineBay traces its roots to the new modern luxury residence architecture art and surpasses the imagination of traditional residence, creating a neo-modernism innovative luxury residence with a fearless spirit of subversion and breakthrough. It extracts the meandering and streamlined elements of Shaxi to the north side of the plot, integrates the inspiration of time and light, and uses the flowing lines as the main frame of the exhibition area.

- The construction area of the project is 920 square meters. The two-story double-height design forms a semi-wrapped space with partitions but no separation, bringing enormous charm.
