Therefore, we researched the current market characteristics and the functional and emotional needs of users of different ages for CD players through questionnaires, interviews with typical users, and research on consumer reports from professional institutions to guide the design of the appearance, material, form and interactive form of this product.This is a lightweight and portable CD player. The biggest challenge in the design process is to make it lightweight and portable, suitable for all ages. መነሳሻ: Since the 2020s, CD sales have continued to grow as Gen Z has re-pursued retro ways of listening to music and the KPOP market share has exceeded US$5 billion.

Gen Z and older generations have become enthusiastic about CDs again, and there aren’t many ideal CD players on the market, so we wanted to develop a product that would appeal not only to young people who are into pop culture but also to the older generation who are nostalgic and once loved CD culture.
