"يوتشو لانغهام" هو مركز مبيعات يقع في مدينة فوشان بالصين، ويمتد على مساحة 760 مترًا مربعًا. استُلهم التصميم من علبة المجوهرات، مع إدخال عناصر من الفن الحديث والمعاصر. ويستند التوزيع المكاني إلى الفناء الصيني التقليدي، وقد أُعيدت صياغته ليصبح فضاءً نصف مفتوح تحيط به الأروقة. وقد وُضع في الرواق عملٌ فني تفاعلي ذو طابع سريالي. أما الحواجز المعدنية الشبكية فهي تقسّم الفضاء مع الحفاظ على شفافيته. وتشمل المواد المستخدمة الحجر الأخضر الإيرلندي، وبلاط السيراميك بثلاثة ألوان، وألواح الدهان بلون الكاكي.

- الخصائص الفريدة
- Each space has its own memory point and are well integrate with each other. The project also specially places a surrealist interactive art installation on the veranda. Also, the project divides the space with the metal grid screen which maintains the space transparency. The pillar combining with the use of wall lights reshapes the space sequence.

- Out of the understanding of the oriental aesthetics, the project uses the radula green as the main tone while pays special attention to the texture of the materials, using natural stone and wood veneer to build an elegant atmosphere.

- The project lays its foundation in the culture in Foshan City. By analyzing three major design techniques, the project explains how to use space to achieve the integration of modern urban civilization and traditional culture.

- Designers drew the inspiration from a jewelry box and introduce various modern and contemporary art elements into the project. As to the spatial layout, designers draw on the traditional Chinese courtyard and then re-deconstruct it by making it as a half-open space with verandas.

- The project is located in Foshan City, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.

- The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
