حول The Hub تطوير سياحي متعدد الاستخدامات
"ذا هَب" هو مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات مُصمَّم لأغراض السياحة في هيلزفيل بولاية فيكتوريا الأسترالية. يجمع المشروع بين سوق تراثي ومركز لفنون الطهي والأذواق الرفيعة ومصنع جعة وفندق ومطعم ومركز للمناسبات. ويربط ممر للمشاة بين جميع هذه الاستخدامات عبر الموقع البالغة مساحته ستة أفدنة. تتدرّج المباني هبوطًا لتتبع تضاريس الأرض، فيما تربط المواد الترابية المشروع بالمشهد الطبيعي المحيط. ويقوم المفهوم التصميمي على استقدام الخارج إلى الداخل وفتح الموقع أمام الزوار المتنزهين سيرًا على الأقدام. والغاية هي دعم السياحة المحلية مع الحفاظ على طابع الحي المحيط.
