"مطلع الربيع والشِّعر" هو تصميم داخلي سكني مستوحى من منزل الهاكا التقليدي. يتبع التخطيط التنظيم المكاني المعتمد لدى الهاكا، حيث تجمع القاعة الرئيسية وغرفة المطالعة والمطبخ وغرفة الضيوف بين عناصر عمارة الهاكا وفن الرسم بالحبر الشرقي. وتمنح لوحة الألوان القائمة على تدرجات الرمادي الغرفَ طابعًا هادئًا وشاعريًا. وتُغلق بركة نصف قمرية، كانت تُستخدم سابقًا لتخزين المياه وإطفاء الحرائق، أفق الرؤية عند ساحة المدخل. ويستخدم جزء من الجدران طين الطحالب لتنقية الهواء وضبط مستوى الرطوبة. وتبلغ المساحة الداخلية 992 مترًا مربعًا.

- In front of the plaza, there is a half-moon pond, which was used for water storage and fire fighting in the old days. It was combined into a half-moon shape by the combination of double circles and integrated into the end view of the entrance of the plaza. The connection between plaza and the main hall, using a combination of a fictitious and a real combination of the Hakka square hall and the Hakka square well, represents the meaning of family prosperity.
