"سيتشوان–هونغ كونغ يوه شانغ" هو مطعم شاي بمساحة داخلية تبلغ 453 مترًا مربعًا. يستحضر التصميم الطراز الهونغ كونغي لحقبة الستينيات من القرن الماضي، وهي فترة عُرفت بأجوائها الأدبية والفنية. وقد جرى الجمع بين المعدن والجداريات والزجاج مع أثاث المقصورات باللون الأخضر الداكن، الذي يشكّل العنصر الرئيسي وينسجم مع النغمة اللونية العامة. ويُسهم اللون والإضاءة في خلق بيئة طعام ذات طابع كلاسيكي حنيني، فيما تعزز الأكواب المنتقاة والإكسسوارات ذات الطراز القديم فكرة التصميم. ويعمل مطعم الشاي كمكان للاجتماعات التجارية والأنشطة الاجتماعية، ويجمع بين الثقافتين الصينية والغربية.

- When IF Design received the design task of the project in the early stage, the owner wanted to emphasize the characteristics of Hong Kong culture, so IF design in the restaurant concept extracted the unique Hong Kong style of 1960s Hong Kong, recall and annotate the Golden Age, which was unique in literary and artistic atmosphere but flexible at that time.
