فيلا أنتيوكيا هي مسكن خاص يقع في كاب كانا، بونتا كانا، جمهورية الدومينيكان. يمتد المنزل على مساحة بناء تبلغ 1130 مترًا مربعًا داخل قطعة أرض مساحتها 2630 مترًا مربعًا. يخلق التصميم فضاءات داخلية نفّاذة بصريًا وماديًا نحو المناطق الخارجية للموقع. وقد وجّهت الظروف المناخية المحلية اللجوء إلى التهوية الطبيعية. ويشكّل كابولي ممتد على الواجهة عتبة المدخل. أما لوحة المواد فتتكوّن من الحجر المحلي المنقوش والتكسيات الخشبية وبلاط الرخام كبير المقاس.

الخصائص الفريدة: The design concept for Villa Antioquia was developed under the idea of generating interior spaces that allow permeability, both physical and visual, with the exterior areas of the site. Its design is influenced by the conditions of the location, in the use of climatic strategies to opt for natural ventilation, as well as the delight of the landscape and generate transformable spaces.
