حول Laguna 182 مبنى سكني
"لاغونا 182" هو مبنى سكني يقع في مدينة إيتاجاي بولاية سانتا كاتارينا في البرازيل. يتألف البرج من تسعة وعشرين طابقًا ويضم واحدًا وأربعين شقة موزعة على أربعة عشر مخططًا أرضيًا مختلفًا، بمعدل شقتين في كل طابق. وتتشكل الواجهة من خطوط منحنية ومتعرجة، حيث تتغير مواضع الشرفات الخرسانية الكابولية في كل طابق، بحيث تحصل كل شقة على حديقة خاصة بها. وتنمو النباتات الطبيعية على امتداد المبنى. وتشمل المواد المستخدمة الخرسانة والزجاج والسيراميك والفولاذ المجلفن والمواد المركبة من الألومنيوم والخشب المعتمد. ويهدف التصميم إلى تقليل الأثر البيئي وتعزيز الإحساس بالانتماء إلى المجتمع.

- الخصائص الفريدة
- Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
