حول W Horse Stud فيلا
مزرعة W لتربية الخيول هي منزل لقضاء العطلات صُمم على أرض مساحتها 10000 متر مربع في منطقة الوفرة الزراعية بالكويت. يرتفع المنزل 140 سنتيمترًا عن سطح الأرض ليفتح المشاهد على حظائر الخيول المحيطة. ينقسم المخطط إلى محورين؛ يضم أحدهما إسطبل الخيول، بينما يضم الآخر غرف النوم ومنطقة تناول الطعام وصالة معيشة واسعة تطل على حمام السباحة. وتظلل تراسًا بطول 40 مترًا مظلة سقف كابولي بارز بمقدار 3 أمتار للحماية من الشمس والرمال. ويعتمد البناء على كتل خفيفة الوزن معزولة، والزجاج، وهيكل خرساني، وسقف من الفولاذ خفيف الوزن.

- الخصائص الفريدة
- Built on a 10000-m2 site on a farms side of Wafra agriculture area, Kuwait. The house lifted 140 centimeters above the ground to maximize the views of the surrounding horse paddocks. The layout divided into two axes One of them contains the horse stable, while the other dedicated to the bedrooms, dinning and large living area overlocking the swimming pool.

- The main views from the house are quite turned to the desert landscaping, horses and the swimming pool. Guest and family spaces cover larger area of the house overlocking the swimming pool that surrounded with desert landscaping and horse arenas. We also anticipate the moment when the natural aging of the landscape will make the house blend more into the site and improve the intended privacy with maintaining the views.
