شقة العرض النموذجية "إس سي إي فان وورلد" هي تصميم داخلي لشقة سكنية نموذجية تقع في مدينة تشوماديان بمقاطعة هنان في الصين. يعتمد المنزل الذي تبلغ مساحته 125 مترًا مربعًا لغة تصميمية بسيطة مقترنة بتفاصيل تزيينية غنية. فالخطوط النقية والمواد المنتقاة بعناية ولوحات الألوان الهادئة تخلق بيئة معيشية أنيقة. وقد أُقرنت طاولة طعام من الرخام ذي الملمس البارز بزجاج أسود يمتد بكامل الارتفاع، بينما تضيف وحدة إضاءة معلقة دائرية لمسة من الحيوية. أما غرفة النوم الرئيسية فتستخدم درجات الرمادي والأبيض ولون الجمل. وتوفر النافذة البارزة منطقة للاستراحة، في حين يوفر التجويف الجداري المجاور للنافذة مساحة للتخزين والعرض.

- The living room is large enough to accommodate family activities. Based on a simple style, the space features various friendly details that give "home" more warmth.
The embedded TV background wall reveals a simple yet detailed image. The long sofa highlights the openness of the space.
