حول Totem نظام مطبخ
"توتم" هو نظام مطبخ عمودي معياري. يمكن لكل وحدة أن تحتضن فرناً أو مدخنة شفط أو ثلاجة أو سطح طهي أو سطح عمل أو حوض غسيل أو آلة قهوة أو غسالة أطباق أو مساحة تخزين. تُرصّ الوحدات فوق بعضها البعض وتُوصل ببعضها عبر وصلات إنشائية وكهربائية، بحيث يمكن استخدام الأجهزة من جانب واحد أو جانبين أو ثلاثة أو أربعة جوانب. يبلغ قياس كل عنصر حاوٍ 650 ملم عرضاً و650 ملم عمقاً، أما الارتفاع فيتغير تبعاً للوظيفة التي يستوعبها. وفي الحالات التي لا تستدعي وجود وصلة صرف، يمكن لـ"توتم" أن يؤثث المكاتب أو المقاصف أو الشقق الصغيرة.

- الخصائص الفريدة
- Combinable vertical kitchen system: the modules can be containers, ovens, extractor hood, refrigerator, hobs, counter tops, sink, coffee machine, dishwasher and what else is needed to set up a complete kitchen. if the drain connection is not needed, this kitchen combo can be placed practically anywhere and can be assembled as needed to furnish offices, canteen rooms, existing kitchens or solve space problems in small flats. It allows the use of its devices on 1, 2, 3 or even 4 fronts.

- تقنية الإنتاج
- The product consists of electrified container modules that can house all types of domestic appliances. Each of the modules is composed of a metal structure and a coating chosen in relation to the context and the functions to be housed. It is produced by assembling simple and modular extruded, pre-folded or calendered elements screwed together.
- تحدي التصميم
- The creative challenge was to configure a system that could adapt to all spaces and all positions, ensuring full efficiency and functionality in a small footprint. the choice of stackability and the great cleanliness of the design made it possible to reach a good compromise between the various issues involved.
- البحث
- The research was based on the study of the minimum space of the various components and on the needs of the users in the various frequented spaces, from the home to the office, from the shop to the motorway restaurant, from the camper to the yacht. The second important topic to be addressed was precisely the technological problem: the possibility of stacking all the pieces regardless of the orientation of the interface and the order of overlapping.

- The guiding image is the totem pole. A vertical element created by overlapping objects. In this case the objects have the possibility of working together through structural and electrical connections that allow them to be used in all directions.
The evolving lifestyle has guided the flexibility of use and the minimal and elegant style so that it can be positioned in all types of contexts, from the office to the motorway restaurant. - مدة المشروع
- The project started in Febrary 2019 in Teramo and finished in Febrary 2022 in Teramo
- سير العمل
- With this kitchen system you can compose your own service tools as you want. It can be placed anywhere and integrated into any kind of space. The presence of the UPS (the battery that allows it to work even without the mains power supply) also allows to guarantee operation during blackouts (allowing for example not to interrupt the cold chain of food).
