"Transporter" هو رأس مضخة تفاعلية (بريستالتية) ينقل السائل عن طريق ضغط خرطوم بواسطة بكرات. يُفتح رأس المضخة عند تدوير الغطاء الأحمر إلى الأعلى، بحيث يمكن وضع الخرطوم في الداخل ثم تثبيته بإعادة تدوير الغطاء إلى الأسفل. وتستوعب هياكل التثبيت المرنة عند المدخل والمخرج مقاسات خراطيم من 13 إلى 17. ويُوصل الرأس بوحدة الإدارة من خلال لوحة مهايئة، ويثبّت قفلٌ نابضي هذا الاتصال. تُحدد الأجزاء الحمراء نقاط التشغيل، مما يساعد المستخدمين الجدد على العمل دون الحاجة إلى دليل الاستخدام. أما الغلاف فمصنوع من مادة Ixef 1022.

- Practicality and ease of use were critical to this project. First, it must have a reasonable structure to accomplish the function, and second, it must indicate how the operation should be done through some indicators such as shape and color.

- The characteristics of peristaltic pump are not in contact with liquid, sanitary and safe, and the transmission medium uses silica gel hose, which can be transmitted warm and will not destroy the composition of the liquid, so there are peristaltic pumps in many industries. In the lab we test the life of the hose by constantly squeezing it, so as to know how often the hose is replaced. Through the interview with the user to know the problems in the pump head loading and unloading, so as to make a new design.

- According to the user's feedback, whether it is simple sub assembly or quantitative transmission, replacing the hose and dismantling the pumphead are the most frequent steps. If it is a newcomer, he must rely on the manual.
The design is inspired by the piston pump. Its structure is made up of levers to move the piston up and down. The structure is very simple, and the way the pump head opens is the same.And his color scheme helps beginners understand how he works. - مدة المشروع

- Rotate the red cover upward, lift the pressure tube structure, put the hose in, and rotate the red cover downward again to complete the hose installation. The two sides of the hose inlet and outlet are elastic clamping structure, can be used in No.13-17 hose.
