حول The Dawn مسكن

"الفجر" مسكن يقع في مدينة هوالين بتايوان، صُمّم ليكون منزلاً للتقاعد. تبلغ مساحة المنزل 150 متراً مربعاً، وقد اكتمل بناؤه في يونيو 2022. جاء المظهر الخارجي مبسّطاً، وتُحدَّد الواجهة الرئيسية بخطين منحنيين. يمتد الغلاف المنحني للمبنى من الأسفل إلى الأعلى، بحيث يبقى الداخل متصلاً بالمحيط ومحمياً في الوقت ذاته من حرارة الصيف. ويصل مصعد إلى جميع الطوابق لتوفير إمكانية الوصول دون عوائق. كما تتيح الأبواب المنزلقة والألواح الدوّارة استخداماً مرناً للمساحات. ويطلّ حمّام الطابق العلوي على نافذة خارجية تكشف مشهداً على هوالين.

الخصائص الفريدة: As far as the exterior is concerned, the building’s appearance is simplified, demonstrating a sculpture like artwork towering over the base. The face of the main building is outlined through two curved lines. Besides, the solid construction is covered little by little and unfolded by the softly curved surface, just like a calla blooming quietly from the street block. Over the top furnishings have been abandoned to create abundant storage space.

تقنية الإنتاج: From bottom to top, the building skin is slowly stretched, which makes the indoor area and the outdoor surroundings connected yet separated. Therefore, it has effectively eliminated the heat energy brought by the sun during summertime.
تحدي التصميم: The project adopts a minimalist design style from the exterior of the building to the interior of the space, focusing on the daily functional needs as the main focus of the planning. As a result, the designer significantly reduces the unnecessary purchase of furniture and eliminates superfluous decorations. The designer's initiative has greatly avoided the waste of resources and created a sustainable and friendly house.
البحث: On top of that, the bathroom is planned at the external window on the top floor, so the beautiful scenery of Hualien is brought into the room, offering the clients a soothing and comfortable bath experience. In addition, due to the reduction of the living area caused by this equipment, the designer has skillfully selected adjustable features such as sliding doors and revolving door panels to endow the space with variable usability.
الإلهام: This project is a residential space in the old district of Hualien City, Taiwan, which is the owner's and his wife's retirement home. Given the cramped and narrow space of the original residence, it is expected that the needs such as abundant light and spaciousness can be incorporated into the new home to create a comfortable and enjoyable living space. The designer has completed the entire planning with a simple yet resourceful strategy.
مدة المشروع: The project was completed in Hualien City in June 2022.
سير العمل: When the night comes, the warm yellow light from the room reflects like a flute-shaped glass containing champagne, diffuses an elegant luster in the dimly lit neighborhood, and welcomes visiting relatives and friends to gather for a drink. Considering the owner's needs for barrier-free facilities, an elevator that can access each floor is installed inside the house.
