"جينماو بالاس" هو تصميم داخلي لشقة نموذجية للعرض تمتد على مساحة 550 متراً مربعاً. يتبع التصميم الطابع العالمي الفاخر الحديث، فيمزج بين الجودة والراحة. جاء الإلهام من جودة الحياة الإيطالية ومن الجماليات الحديثة التي انتشرت من إيطاليا في خمسينيات القرن الماضي. استُخدم جلد الأبقار الإيطالي الخفيف من نوع النابا والجلد البيئي المستورد، بينما تجمع الأريكة بين الجلد والنسيج. أما الخطوط الخشبية فقد نُحتت بدقة عالية. وقد اختيرت المواد المعروضة في المخطط التصميمي من بين الخيارات المتاحة فعلياً للتنفيذ، بحيث تتطابق الغرف المنجزة مع الصور المعروضة.
