حول Spiritual Bay التصميم الداخلي السكني
"سبيريتشوال باي" (الخليج الروحاني) هو تصميم داخلي لفيلا تطل على البحر في الصف الأول بمدينة تشينغداو الصينية. تتألف الفيلا من ثلاثة طوابق فوق سطح الأرض وطابقين تحتها. يتضمن المخطط منطقة معيشة مفتوحة ومكتباً للدراسة وغرف نوم مطلة على البحر وقاعة سينما منزلية وغرفة للشاي. وتُبرز النوافذ الكبيرة الممتدة من الأرض حتى السقف، بإطاراتها الألومنيومية النحيفة وزجاجها فائق الشفافية، المشهد البحري وكأنه لوحة فنية مؤطرة. ويمكن فتح هذه النوافذ لربط الفضاءات الداخلية بالخارجية. وتحافظ المعالجة ذات الطابع البسيط (المينيمالي) على بساطة المساحة الداخلية وتزيد من الاستفادة من الضوء الطبيعي.

The project is a rare first-line sea view villa model home in Qingdao West Coast, China's ninth largest new district. Since China has ceased the development of first-line sea view residential land, the scarcity of the project is even more pronounced.

- Minimalist Doors and Windows
For the building's facade renovation, narrow-framed, seamless, and sleek aluminum frames paired with large-sized ultra-clear glass were chosen for minimalist doors and windows. - This case features a standalone villa located on scarce prime oceanfront property. Employing the "framed view" design approach, it brings natural seascapes into the home. Large glass windows serve as paintings, allowing residents to directly enjoy the outside seascape. Additionally, these windows can be opened, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, as if living within natural art.
