"ذا فيردانت سينديكيت" هو مجمع متعدد الاستخدامات تم تطويره على موقع أرض زراعية سابقة تبلغ مساحته 4,269 متراً مربعاً في مقاطعة هينان بالصين. يجمع المجمع بين الطبيعة والاستدامة والمجتمع في إطار حضري، محترماً الإرث الزراعي للأرض وموفراً في الوقت ذاته مصدر دخل للسكان المحليين. ويقوم نظام لإدارة مياه الأمطار بجمع مياه الأمطار وتصفيتها ونقلها عبر أنابيب تعمل بقوة الجذب الأرضي، بحيث تُروى النباتات باستهلاك ضئيل للطاقة. كما يتيح نظام ألواح الزراعة المرن للمستأجرين إضافة وحدات أو إزالتها وتحويل المناطق المشتركة إلى مساحات خضراء.
