"سكوشيابانك" هو مشروع تصميم داخلي مؤسسي لمكتب تبلغ مساحته 12,000 متر مربع في مدينة مكسيكو. يعتمد المخطط على المساحات المفتوحة لخلق بيئة عمل هادئة ومنظمة. وقد جُمع بين الرخام والزجاج والخشب والسجاد وقطع الأثاث لتحديد المناطق المختلفة. تهيمن الألوان الدافئة على الفضاء، في حين تعزز الدرجات الزاهية على الجدران والأعمدة والسجاد الهوية المؤسسية. ويسهم الضوء الطبيعي والمساحات الخضراء في دعم رفاهية الموظفين، بينما تشجع مناطق العمل الجماعي على التعاون والتفاعل. كما يتّبع التصميم معايير الاستدامة، بما يشمل الاستهلاك المنخفض للطاقة والمواد الموحّدة المعايير.

- The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.

A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
