مجمع "بارك لِين" هو مجمع سكني نموذجي في مدينة فوتشو بالصين. تبلغ مساحة المجمع 2,070 متراً مربعاً، ويضم بهو المجتمع السكني، ومركزاً للبيع، ونادياً اجتماعياً. يقدّم التصميم تفسيراً لطراز نانيانغ بلغة معاصرة، من خلال درجات البيج والرمادي منخفضة التشبّع، مع لمسات من اللون الذهبي البرونزي العتيق. يمتدّ مسار الزائر عبر البهو الرئيسي، وممرات الضوء والظل، وبهو مرتفع السقف، وفناء هادئ. ويربط ممرٌ مسقوف بين المساحات ويحمي السكان من الريح والمطر في مختلف الأحوال الجوية.

- Park Lane Complex reinterprets the Fuzhou lifestyle through a fresh design language. Defined by a sense of boundless nature at its core, it embodies the relaxed essence of Southeast Asian heritage. The space emphasizes the richness of experiential rhythms and cultivates tranquil, serene atmospheres, creating an elegant forest oasis hidden within the urban landscape of Fuzhou.

- The color scheme is inspired by the bright, tropical hues of the South Pacific, which have been softened to low-saturation, neutral, and warm base colors like beige and sophisticated gray. A subtle touch of antique bronze gold serves as a highlight to symbolize the depth of tropical rainforests and the refined elegance of colonial architecture.
