حول Two Sails منزل
"شراعان" منزل ساحلي مُصمَّم لعائلة من جيلين. يقع هذا المبنى الخشبي المكوَّن من طابقين في أوكاياما باليابان، وتبلغ مساحته المبنية 250 مترًا مربعًا على قطعة أرض مساحتها 800 متر مربع. يستحضر شكل السقف صورة شراع سفينة، ويساعد على جذب الضوء الطبيعي ونسائم البحر إلى الداخل. قُسِّمت المساحات المعيشية إلى نطاقين شمالي وجنوبي، بحيث يحتفظ كل جيل بخصوصيته. ويربط رواق مسقوف بين النطاقين ويتيح التنقل حتى في الأيام الممطرة. أما الجدران الخارجية فقد كُسيت بمعدن متين يقاوم التآكل الناتج عن هواء البحر.

- This project is a seaside residence designed for a two generation family accommodating both parents and children.The design takes advantage of the coastal location to introduce natural light and sea breezes creating an open and comfortable living environment.Careful attention is given to zoning and circulation to respect the daily rhythms and privacy of each generation while also allowing for shared family experiences.

- The exterior walls are clad in durable metal materials that withstand the corrosive effects of sea breezes ensuring that the building maintains its striking appearance even in harsh coastal conditions.
