حول Seotun Saram واجهة تطبيق للهواتف المحمولة
"سوتون سارام" هي واجهة تطبيق للهواتف المحمولة تربط الأشخاص الباحثين عن الاستشارة النفسية بمستشارين مهنيين مؤهلين. يشير الاسم إلى شخص لم يكتسب المهارة بعد، وتنطلق الخدمة من فكرة أن الجميع يبدأون بطريقة خرقاء. تشرح حكاية خيالية عملية الاستشارة بأسلوب مبسّط للمستخدمين غير المعتادين على الاستشارة النفسية. تظهر في القصة شخصيتان: "سوتون"، وهو متلقٍّ للاستشارة يتجوّل بلا وجهة، و"غوبوكي"، وهو مستشار بطيء لكنه جدير بالثقة. وتشكّل الملامس الورقية الدافئة ودرجات الأزرق الكحلي المستوحاة من سماء الليل والأيقونات المرسومة يدويًا الهوية البصرية للتطبيق.

- 'Seotun-saram' means someone who is not skilled and used to, and our slogan means 'Everyone starts clumsily.' They made a fairy tale that expresses the process of counseling metaphorically for people who are not used to counseling. This fairy tale will be given to people who use this service.

- This is to keep the negative and difficult image of psychological counseling friendly and warm. And to provide accurate psych consultancy information.

- There are two weaknesses in Korea's psychological counseling infrastructure. One is that anyone who doesn't have the right to run a counseling center, and the other is that the public has a negative perception of counseling. Although many people complain of psychological pain, policy is still incomplete and awareness is low. They wanted to introduce people to qualified psych consultancy centers to help customers receive professional counseling services in a more secure environment.

- Seotun-saram is a service that connects a counselee with a professional counselor. In Korea, there is no right regulation on psychological counseling, so bad people can open counseling centers with certifications which are easy to obtain. With these problems persisted, people suffered from them, and perception of counseling became bad. They wanted people to get good counseling service through this and hoped their life to be warmer.

- The project started in April 2017 and finished in August 2018 in Republic of Korea.

- They wanted to enable clients to get skilled counseling in a safer setting.They tried to convey warmth and give the right direction for counseling. There are two characters in Seotunsaram. 'Seotun' is a counsellee who lost and wandering. 'Gobukki' is a slow but reliable counselor who accompanies him to the end. In addition, the warm paper texture, lyrical navy blue of the night sky, and hand-drawn icons make up our service. This is simple, but valuable work.
