Casa de Mar Fərdi Yaşayış Evi Haqqında

Casa de Mar Yukatan ştatının Merida şəhərinin şimal hissəsində yerləşən fərdi yaşayış evidir. Dizayn daxili və xarici məkanları birləşdirməklə memarlıq və təbiət arasında əlaqə yaradır. Bağçalar evin içərisindən görünə və istifadə oluna bilər. Nal formalı mərkəzi həcm hovuzu əhatə edir; hovuz suyun buxarlanması vasitəsilə havanı sərinləşdirir və təbii ventilyasiyanı dəstəkləyir. Yerli daş və ağac materialları davamlılıq, az texniki qulluq tələbi və regionla harmoniya baxımından seçilmişdir. Ayrı-ayrı girişlər sosial və şəxsi zonaları bir-birindən ayıraraq məxfilik və rahatlığı təmin edir.
