By combining ergonomics and aerodynamics, we developed an efficient dynamic air circulation system. Through special structural design and material combination, the air channel and temperature difference are used to gather and discharge the hot and humid air to specific heat dissipation area. - Major challenge: How to make the down jacket keep warm during daily activities and speed up the discharge of sweat and heat during high-intensity exercise?
Solution: In terms of insulation, the heating material is used as one of the linings to ensure the insulation performance during cold weathers. The core fabric is Schoeller® AerobranceTM, which can quickly cool down and is highly breathable, waterproof. Through the combination of special structure and functional materials, the hot air on the body surface can be gathered and exported. The inflow and diffusion of cold air, and the moisture management help quickly achieve the balance of heat and moisture of relative static exercise, moderate-intensity exercise, and high-intensity exercise. - تحقیق

By improving the internal circulation of down garment, the balance of heat and moisture can be quickly reached when the exercise intensity is changed, thus to achieve daily insulation as well as discharge of sweat and heat during exercise.
