So the designer makes a great effort to select the shade of lumber, mixes colors and finally turns out an exclusive shade with a warm and soft texture, which is a neutral and gentle color tone that meets with the personality and social status of the owner.

- For the 270-degree rotating wall construction work, setting up the buried audiovisual pipelines and its smooth use in the coming future are the first priority. The buried pipelines should not be easily damaged under the long-term rotating and use. In addition, the over 20-kg iron-made material used for this rotating wall is another concern; the designer carefully selects the hardware material, which makes the user rotate the wall easily and is soldered firmly on the structure of the house.
- تحقیق
- The house designed for the middle-aged single people seems to be a minority in the market; however, late marriages and even celibatarians have been already a common phenomenon in our society. Therefore, what the designer wants to do for this project is to create a customized living space which is perfectly suitable for singles .
