As the core area of the Xixian New District, the Qinhan New City is a must pass through the three major transportation gateways of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, Xi'an North Passenger Station and Xianyang Railway Station. It carries the role of a transportation hub connecting the world and the new district. The Qinhan New City is rich in cultural resources, with relics of the Zhou, Qin and Han dynasties all over the place.

The space uses curves, light and shadow, mountains and rocks, and geometric elements.
