They conducted surveys and interviews to identify user needs, resulting in a customizable nameplate on the paw-shaped house, and a discreet silicone stopper at the base to ensure an airtight seal while concealing any remnants. The pet urn's warm, modern design appeals to a broad range of users, providing closure, comfort, and customizable elements that can enhance well-being at a physiological level.

Through this process, it was discovered that the market primarily offered multipurpose, generic cylindrical tea pot containers used as pet urns. Once placed on the table, the design invites the user to embrace and caress the urn as a gesture of closure and comfort.
