Тэхналогія вытворчасці: The project focused on the following research areas: stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, focus groups, etc. We used the following tools: Trello, Miro, Design with Flow Description, web and CJM (customer journey map) in Figma, illustrations and icons in Illustrator, and a structure for events analytics in Google Sheets.

When it comes to the design of the user interface, simplicity and clarity were taken as the main guiding principles. The main metaphor used is the transformation of energy from one form to another.
