Unlike conventional industrial zones, this project blurs the boundaries between living, working, and leisure, forming a dynamic community rather than a segmented complex.

Green coverage exceeds 60 percent with sponge city measures achieving 85 percent runoff control. Carbon sequestration reaches 12 Kilograms per square meter per year, and system interaction delays stay under 50 ms.
