এইচবিআই সেরামিকে একটি কর্পোরেট সদর দপ্তরের অভ্যন্তর, যা একইসঙ্গে একটি সেবাকেন্দ্র ও প্রদর্শনী কেন্দ্র হিসেবেও ব্যবহৃত হয়। সম্মুখভাগটি ১৭ মিটার উঁচু এবং ৩২ মিটার চওড়া। প্যাটিও আকৃতির একটি শূন্যস্থান পরিকল্পনার কেন্দ্রবিন্দু গঠন করে। ধাপযুক্ত উপাদানগুলো প্রদর্শনী মঞ্চ, স্টেজ ও বসার ব্যবস্থা তৈরি করে, এবং একই ধাপবিন্যাস সম্মুখভাগকেও রূপ দেয়, ফলে অভ্যন্তর ও বহির্ভাগ একটিই অবয়ব হিসেবে পাঠ করা যায়। সমন্বিত পৃষ্ঠতল তৈরির জন্য রক স্ল্যাব ব্যাপকভাবে মেঝে আচ্ছাদন হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে। কর্মী ও আগত ক্লায়েন্টদের জন্য একটি ছোট ক্যান্টিনও যুক্ত করা হয়েছে।
