Unilever Homebase অফিস অন্তঃস্থল ডিজাইন সম্পর্কে
ইউনিলিভার হোমবেস হলো ভিয়েতনামের হো চি মিন সিটিতে অবস্থিত একটি অফিস অন্তঃসজ্জা। এই কর্মক্ষেত্রটি ৯০০০ বর্গমিটার জুড়ে বিস্তৃত এবং এখানে কার্যক্রম-ভিত্তিক কর্মপদ্ধতির (অ্যাক্টিভিটি-বেসড ওয়ার্কিং) মডেল প্রয়োগ করা হয়েছে। নির্দিষ্ট ডেস্কের সংখ্যা কমিয়ে আনা হয়েছে এবং যোগ করা হয়েছে বিভিন্ন ধরনের কর্মপরিবেশ, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে খোলা সভাস্থল ও ব্যক্তিগত পরিসর। একটি কেন্দ্রীয় হাব তিনটি তলা জুড়ে ক্যাফেটেরিয়াকে একটি বিশাল খোলা আলোচনা এলাকার সঙ্গে যুক্ত করেছে, যেগুলো এমন একটি ভয়েডের মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত যা প্রাকৃতিক আলো ভেতরে নিয়ে আসে। "ফাঙ্কি টাউন" নামের ডিজাইন ধারণাটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্র্যান্ড কাহিনিগুলোকে প্রতিফলিত করে। একটি পুরোনো ভবনকে রূপান্তরিত করা হয়েছে, যাতে ৮০০ জনের পরিবর্তে ১০০০ কর্মী স্থান পেতে পারেন।

- Unilever Homebase Vietnam is a unique agile workplace that immerses the brand stories of Unilever to create a context where employees can feel and live with the brand. The workspace concept is ‘Funky Town’ which enables staff to connect and collaborate in a dynamic way. One unique area in the Unilever office is the central hub with the cafeteria surrounded by a large open discussion area on three floors of Unilever and connected by the void that makes use of the natural light and brings people together.

- ADP transformed the old building into the new Unilever Homebase with the activity-based working model to empower staff to work better. The new workspace also helps Unilever to better optimize the space as increasing the headcount from 800 to 1000 in the same area.
