সানি হাউস একটি মডেল ইউনিটের অভ্যন্তরীণ নকশা, যা দর্শনার্থীদের সামনে একটি আবাসিক বিন্যাস উপস্থাপনের জন্য তৈরি করা হয়েছে। স্থানটির আয়তন ৩৮০ বর্গমিটার। অভ্যন্তরভাগে হালকা রঙের প্রাধান্য রয়েছে, সঙ্গে ব্রোঞ্জ ধাতু ও আখরোট কাঠের ছোঁয়া, যা একটি প্রাচ্য আবহের প্রতিফলন ঘটায়। উষ্ণ ধূসর মার্বেলের নকশা বিস্তৃত বেইজ ও ধূসর ওয়াল ক্লথ এবং গাঢ় আখরোট কাঠের দেয়ালের সঙ্গে বৈপরীত্য সৃষ্টি করে। চীনা অনুষঙ্গ ও আধুনিক নাগরিক বৈশিষ্ট্য একই দৃশ্যপটে মিলিত হয়ে এক শান্ত ও রুচিশীল পরিবেশ গড়ে তোলে। সমস্ত দেয়াল কংক্রিটের, তাই নকশাটি উন্মুক্ত পরিসর এবং সূক্ষ্ম খুঁটিনাটিকে বিশেষভাবে তুলে ধরে।

In terms of color, the overall space is dominated by light tones, bronze metal materials and walnut are dotted with elements that reflect the oriental atmosphere. The low-saturation warm gray marble grain contrasts neatly with the large-area beige and gray wall cloth and the dark walnut wall.
