আকচুরিন নিউ ইয়র্ক হলো স্বয়ংসম্পূর্ণ, নেট-জিরো এনার্জি স্থাপত্য বিষয়ে একটি সীমিত সংস্করণের হার্ডকভার বই। বৃহদাকার এই গ্রন্থে রয়েছে ৫১২ পৃষ্ঠার আলোকচিত্র, কারিগরি নকশাচিত্র ও অলংকরণ, যা প্রথম ধারণা থেকে শুরু করে সম্পূর্ণ নির্মিত সম্পত্তি পর্যন্ত নির্মাণপ্রক্রিয়াটি ব্যাখ্যা করে। চকচকে কালো প্রচ্ছদে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে ফাভিনি ক্লাসি কভার্স কাগজ এবং হট গ্রাফাইট ফয়েল স্ট্যাম্পিং। ১০০টি কপির প্রতিটিই স্বাক্ষরিত ও নম্বরযুক্ত এবং ফয়েল স্ট্যাম্পিংসহ বিশেষভাবে তৈরি স্লিপকেস বা এবোনি কাঠের বাক্সে সরবরাহ করা হয়। বইটিতে টেকসই নির্মাণের প্রকৌশলগত সমাধানসমূহ লিপিবদ্ধ করা হয়েছে।

The book reveals multifaceted engineering solutions where developing new design vocabulary became essential. Only 100 limited edition books are personally signed and numbered: the custom slipcase or ebony box with hot foil stamping and fortified construction make it a collectors edition.

- The biggest challenge for this project was collecting, formatting, and processing the information for this complex house, including engineering developments, patents, and inventions. All the book content, including photos, visualizations, texts, diagrams, and illustrations, was created from scratch by a team from five different countries. Only one printing house agreed to produce this oversized, handcrafted book.

- The objective was to create self-sufficient building technology and publish the results. The research broadened into an analysis of the net-zero energy building market and the possibility of entering the global market. Development and prototyping of the houses using three-dimensional information models of all the engineering systems and equipment were completed. For over 5 years, a highly qualified team has been formed, and patents and copyrights were obtained for intellectual property.
