কারদেলেন নং৩০ হলো ৩৪০ বর্গমিটার অভ্যন্তরীণ আয়তনবিশিষ্ট একটি তিনতলা ভিলার অন্দরসজ্জা নকশা। নির্মাণাধীন অবস্থায় ভিলাটির দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করা হয় এবং চার সদস্যের একটি পরিবারের জন্য এটির পরিকল্পনা করা হয়। কিছু দেয়াল সরিয়ে ফেলা হয় এবং নতুন দেয়াল নির্মাণ করা হয়, যাতে প্যান্ট্রিসহ একটি খোলা রান্নাঘর, একটি বসার ঘর, একটি খেলার ঘর, শয়নকক্ষ, স্নানঘর, একটি হোম অফিস, একটি লন্ড্রি রুম এবং বড় টেরেসসহ চিলেকোঠার বসার জায়গা তৈরি হয়। অন্দরসজ্জায় গাঢ় রঙের প্রাধান্য রয়েছে, আর দেয়াল ও ছাদে প্রাকৃতিক কাঠের বিশদ বিন্যাস উষ্ণতার অনুভূতি যোগ করেছে। সমগ্র নকশায় বড় আকারের সিরামিক পৃষ্ঠতল এবং কাঠের পারকেট ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।
