এলিফ্যান্ট ওয়েট হলো তিন বছরের বেশি বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য একটি গণিতভিত্তিক প্রারম্ভিক শিক্ষামূলক খেলনা। এর ডিজাইনটি চীনের প্রচলিত গল্প "চাও চং হাতির ওজন মাপে" থেকে অনুপ্রাণিত, যেখানে সমমানের বিকল্প ব্যবহার করে অনেকগুলো ছোট বস্তুর সাহায্যে একটি বড় বস্তুর ওজন নির্ণয় করা হয়। প্রতিটি ছোট হাতি-আকৃতির বাটখারায় তার ভর চিহ্নিত থাকে, ৫ গ্রাম থেকে ১০০ গ্রাম পর্যন্ত। একটি বস্তু নৌকায় রাখা হয়, নৌকা যতটুকু ডুবে যায় সেই স্তর চিহ্নিত করা হয়, এরপর বাটখারা যোগ করা হয় যতক্ষণ না নৌকার তলদেশ আবার সেই একই স্তরে ফিরে আসে। শিশুরা চিহ্নিত মানগুলো যোগ করে ওজন ও সংখ্যা সম্পর্কে শেখে।
