- Sustainability was the first criteria for selecting furniture material in this project and the use of wood was maximised.
In order to enable the users to better maintain the ambiance of each space, the lighting, curtains and air conditioning are controlled by implementing an integrated Smart home systems. - བཟོ་བཀོད་ཀྱི་དཀའ་ངལ
- Custom made and designed items (furniture and all wooden segments) are the results of multifunctional use and modern-traditional concept. Porch wants to do the most applications in one limited old house. Implementing Sustainable material in all the aspects whether it is the furniture or the auxiliary systems.
