Komi je kompaktni električni automobil s troje vrata i četiri sjedišta. Ukupna dužina je manja od tri metra, što odgovara prometnim urbanim područjima i malim parking mjestima. Karoserija je izrađena procesom štancanja i s više od šezdeset posto visokočvrstog čelika radi zaštite putnika. Integrisani su sistem elektronske kontrole stabilnosti, sistem protiv blokiranja kočnica i elektronska parking kočnica. Maksimalna brzina iznosi 120 kilometara na sat, a domet vožnje dostiže 300 kilometara. Dizajn slijedi evropska sigurnosna pravila M1 unutar dimenzionalnih ograničenja japanskog K-car standarda.
