Weight Loss Master Pro je ruksak dizajniran za svakodnevno poslovno putovanje na posao i službena putovanja. Vanjski dio i podstava izrađeni su od poliestera s vodootpornim premazom. Visokoelastični ovjesni pojas unutar ramenih naramenica neutralizira dio opterećenja tokom hodanja korisnika. Pojas je tkan i sašiven od visokoelastičnih vlakana, te apsorbira i raspoređuje silu kroz kompresiju i istezanje. Sistem ovjesa smanjuje vibracije koje dopiru do leđa i kičme tokom dužeg nošenja. Ruksak ima dimenzije 310 x 140 x 420 milimetara.

Jedinstvena svojstva: The Weight Loss Master PRO can be used for daily business commuting and business trips. One of the features that stand it out is excellent weight reducing technology. The high elastic suspension belt in the shoulder straps counteracts the backpack weight endured by user when walking. In this manner, the backpack can be suspended in a dynamic way. Even in case of long-time carrying of heavy loads, it can effectively protect the user's spine health, reduce shoulder and neck pain, and deliver the body a reasonably comfortable experience.

Tehnologija proizvodnje: The exterior part of the backpack is crafted from polyester with a water-resistant coating to provide waterproofing feature. The lining is made of polyester, also with a waterproof coating. The high elastic suspension belt is constructed from high elastic fibers that are woven and sewn.
Dizajnerski izazov: In the design stage, it was challenging to identify an appropriate measure of elasticity of the elastic fibers and select a suitable high elastic material. The designer has to consider a proper extent of weight load on back that keeps the suspension device reasonably reducing weight under normal condition and yields an appropriate level of elasticity depending on specific loads, and the material used should be elastic and durable enough to mitigate the impacts of loads, but not too elastic, failing which the backpack may be unstable.
Istraživanje: As medical expert recommended that the weight loading on back should not exceed 10-15% of body weight, a standard laid down for the sake of protecting spinal health and preventing back injuries. The attempt to carry a load exceeding the reasonable value may impose undue pressure and burden on the back and spine, as this may cause discomfort, pain or even injury.
Inspiracija: The high elastic suspension belt is inspired by automobile air suspension technology, and both resemble in principle and function. The air suspension features an air pressure adjustment system that automatically adjusts the height and stiffness of the suspension, in order to deliver a stable driving experience. In like manner, the weight-reducing, high-stiffness suspension straps can diminish the vibration transferred from the backpack and eases the impact on the user's back and spine when user is walking, which means a comfortable carrying experience.
Trajanje projekta: The project kicked off in February 2023 in Quanzhou, Fujian. With deep-going communication about the product with user, three modifications have been made for product structure and design. Finally the product development and testing wrapped up in December 2023.
Tok rada: The high elastic suspension device absorbs the weight of the backpack and spreads the force by compression and stretching when user walks with it on his back, thus reducing the impact on the back and spine. The elastic fibers or materials disposed in the device can cushion vibration and make adaptive adjustment as the loading force changes, and continuously reduce weight and give a comfortable experience.
