Amaze je enterijer restorana fine kuhinje smješten na Tajvanu. Prostor pokriva 241,6 kvadratnih metara i podijeljen je na ulazni prijem, dugačku separe klupu, dva okrugla separea i kuhinju. Dugačka separe klupa prima 18 gostiju, a svaki okrugli separe prima po 8 gostiju, uz pomični pregradni zid koji omogućava spajanje dva okrugla separea. Elementi art decoa, tamni tonovi drveta, patinirana ogledala i stolovi od zelenog serpentinskog kamena definišu enterijer. Bočni ulaz sa vijugavom stazom i stepenicama gradi iščekivanje prije nego što gosti stignu do prostora za ručavanje.

Jedinstvena svojstva: The long booth's highlight is the owner's treasured painting, Pisilian by Paul Chiang, enhanced by a professional lighting design that amplifies its vivid colors and depth. A 'frame-like design' between the ceiling and walls accentuates the artwork and dining table, elevating the dishes to an art form. The entrance is another key feature, designed as a 'two-stage' journey. A winding path builds mystery and anticipation, aligning with the reservation-only model. Guests then ascend steps from reception to the main dining area, adding a ceremonial touch that enhances the luxury dining experience.
