Sipa Khas: The first floor is shaped according to the living scenes and moving lines. The porch faces the central courtyard, and the pine trees form a natural picture in the window with the shadow of trees and clouds.
A sunken living room and a dining room is planned next to the courtyard, separated but not sealed, which looks very spacious and bright.
The basement, which begins with three atriums, is designed with the theme of leisure and sports, and planned with natural lights.

Tantangeng Désain: How to balance two extreme design concepts. One is extremely far away from life - simple, silent, rational, distant, but is amazingly grandeur. Another is extremely close to life - every brick and every item used can all be traced back to real life. Books and relaxation corners can be reached within inches. With sunlight and flora surrounding, the feeling of beautiful life comes into the resident heart warmly.
Panélitiang: To design is to create experience, but not space or settings. It is the same concept that a quality life needs mental enjoyment rather than physical one.

The designer takes the family and lifestyle of the homeowner into full consideration, and thus conducts exquisite designing within a simple space.
