Sipa Khas: In this design, the main style is minimal design, without surplus decoration to bring out the original appearance of the material. The white tone is the main body of design. In this minimal design, giving the residents more imaginations of the fantasy kingdom called freedom.

Téknologi Produksi: The space is area defining by the floor material, divide the living room and the dining room. The wooden floor of the living room lasted to the private space, connecting the whole space. Using light color wood grain, clean white wall and a few dark iron pieces, mellow concrete is fair face paint interacts with each other at this space. It is no decorate with surplus fancy lines, make the space present elegant feel.

New build material has greater air permeability and also waterproof. It can prevent the efflorescence and wall mold.

Alur Opérasi: This case is apartment building of two baths, two living rooms and three bedrooms. It is original space pattern has the advantages of good lighting. Designer persists in the idea of space to connect the spatial fluency and let more natural light fall into the public and private space. The lights and shadows given space expression. The case design intent is to create delicate and various lifestyles, interactive visual extension from the inside to outside space.
