Sobre Laguna 182 Edifici residencial
Laguna 182 és un edifici residencial situat a Itajaí, Santa Catarina, Brasil. La torre té vint-i-nou plantes i quaranta-un apartaments distribuïts en catorze plànols diferents, amb dos apartaments per planta. Línies corbes i sinuoses donen forma a la façana. Les terrasses de formigó en voladís canvien de posició a cada planta, de manera que cada apartament disposa d'un jardí privat. La vegetació natural creix per tot l'edifici. Els materials inclouen formigó, vidre, ceràmica, acer galvanitzat, material compost d'alumini i fusta certificada. El disseny té com a objectiu reduir l'impacte ambiental i afavorir un sentit de comunitat.

- Propietats Úniques
- Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
