Sobre Whater Envasat de Begudes

Whater és una ampolla dissenyada per a una aigua potable amb àcid hialurònic. L'ampolla amb forma de càpsula està feta de PET, mentre que la tapa interior i la tapa exterior amb forma de càpsula estan fetes de PP. L'ampolla i el tap es produeixen mitjançant emmotllament per injecció i bufat, i l'etiqueta es fabrica mitjançant serigrafia i impressió posterior. Una etiqueta blava en forma de gota d'aigua sobre una base transparent expressa el tema de la marca. La textura esmerilada de la tapa exterior millora l'agafada. L'alçada total de 168 mil·límetres permet que l'ampolla es pugui transportar en bosses petites.

Propietats Úniques: WHATER is produced by Bloomage Biotech, the biggest player in Research and Development, production and sales of hyaluronic acid. Bloomage Biotech, which is committed to creative technology for vibrant life, is also the first HA manufacturer that applied for the UltraHA as the new material for food and got approval.
Containing hyaluronic acid manufactured by Bloomage Biotech, and using a minimalist formula, WHATER is a healthy HA drink for daily consumption. Naturally found in the body, hyaluronic acid is a natural moisturizer of the human body, with the ability to hold up to 1,000 times its weight of water.
As a spring of biotechnology, WHATER enables people to supplement hyaluronic acid while drinking water, activating radiant glows from the inside out.

Tecnologia de Producció: The bottle and its cap are produced by injection molding and blowing processes, while its label is made by screen printing and back printing processes. The capsule-shaped bottle is made of PET, while its inner cover and outer capsule-shaped cover are made of PP.
Repte de Disseny: The package design is the most challenging for the design team. The design for traditional mineral water bottles is already quite mature, so it's very difficult to make further innovation and optimization. Hence, the team shifts to designing in light of the shapes of capsules and lipsticks and makes the product as exquisite, convenient and safe as expected.
Recerca: WHATER is the first domestic hyaluronic acid drinkable water in China produced by Bloomage. The product formula is very simple, as it only contains purified water and hyaluronic acid, with no additives or antisepsis. Considering the recommended daily usage and the need for carrying, the design team selects the recyclable PP as the bottle material that endures the heat of up to 140°C. They apply innovative germ-free canning techniques to ensure users' clean and safe water intake.
Inspiració: Water Capsule adopts a minimalist design. The blue water drop label design on the bottle not only serves as a visual hammer, but also reflects its positioning of water retention thousand-time of similar products and its connotation of youth maintenance. The frosted texture of the capsule-shaped outer cover offers a better hand feeling, and makes it easy for consumers to grasp. The label in the center employs a transparent base and drop-shaped label, which accentuates the theme of the brand.
Durada del Projecte: The project was launched in Beijing in March 2021, completed in August the same year, and made its debut at China Cosmetic Summit in Shanghai in September 2021.
Flux d'Operació: With a full height of 168mm, it can be easily put into carry-on luggage such as satchels and underarm bags so that customers experience the moist maintenance of the hyaluronic acid water anytime and anywhere. The (frosted/smooth) surface and ergonomic bottle size design gives users a good grip.
