El projecte de Ciutat Marítima es defineix per cinc tipus de xalets, cadascun dels quals té les seves característiques que el distingeixen de les altres. Però al mateix temps, la idea i el programa físic segueixen gairebé els mateixos principis. Amb l'ajuda de cada orientació de volum, totes les viles es beneficien de vistes tant a la ciutat com al mar. Pel que fa a les qüestions de privadesa basades en la ubicació i la cultura que ofereix el lloc, es va requerir assegurar-se que cada edifici i les seves vistes no perjudicarien les intimitats o vistes d'altres viles, els edificis estan a prop els uns dels altres per una sola elevació que no té qualsevol porta.

- Propietats Úniques
- In this project, with the help of volume’s rotations, all villas benefit from suitable views and lots of perspective . Neighbors do not have view to one another.(they turn their back on each other.)While each unit is formed in the relation to it’s neighbors and together they form a coherent and unit puzzle, in such a way that if even one villa is removed from the site, the coherence of the complex will be lost.
- Dimensions i Embalatge
- This project is located in sorkhroud city in north of the Iran. It is designed in a 48000 m² land(420m * 130m) & includes 71 villa units (including 6 main types ) .every villa´s land is about 500 m² . all of them are formed in 3 floors & have an area of 450 m².

- In this project, our emphasis has been on the relationship between surfaces and forms.Therefore, the purity of the volumes was very important and because of that, micro cement is used for the final layer to create a pure and white coating
- Repte de Disseny
- .one of the most important challenge that we faced to it `we need too many parkings limits for villas during vacations . We placed some of them in the remaining space between all 4 modules that were combined. Therefore, both positive and negative spaces are combined and complement each other
- Recerca
- we researched about the climate & tried to find a way to use air circulation for decreasing hiumidity by spacing villas. Also the rotation of volumetric masses has been formed due to have wider perspective.
- Inspiració
- In a villa town, one of the most important things is the scenic view, and at the same time to block the neighbor ’s view to the inner space. So we use rigidity and rotation to achieve both

- this project is designd in may 2021 & the construction began in february in the north of the iran & is set to end the next 2 years
- Flux d'Operació
- In creation of an architectural plan of the seaside town, with consideration of facing a set of volumetric masses; at the beginning, our confrontation with volumes was in a narrative way as if volumes are figures which were formed in the reaction of one another and also the formation of surfaces has been abstracted from the social interaction of their masses
