One Hengqin-Macao Bay és un centre de vendes situat a la planta 43 de l'edifici Huafa Hengqin International Finance, a Zhuhai, una torre de 339 metres d'alçada. L'interior ocupa 1000 metres quadrats. El disseny parteix dels conceptes de núvols i marees ascendents, i emmarca les vistes del mar i el cel a través de les finestres. Línies metàl·liques donen forma a les parets, mentre que un parquet de marbre d'alta puresa cobreix el terra. La distribució permet tres estats d'ús: comunicació, descans i treball. La llum natural i les ombres es porten a l'interior per crear una experiència immersiva.

Tecnologia de Producció: The space superimposes highly complex multi-format scenes. The metal lines in the shape of the wall are relatively complex, and high-purity marble parquets are used to pave the ground to form a fashionable space with both luxurious taste and strong modern flavor.
Repte de Disseny: Continuing the concept of contemporary urban living and the attitude towards life that pays more and more attention to feeling itself, the space rehearses the coexistence of three states of communication, rest and work. Through the internalized understanding of each state, it focuses on the inner expression. The refined aesthetic operation brings in natural light and shadow, keeps the tension of life in the space, and adds a spiritual beating.
Recerca: Based on the insight of the market environment, business logic, target customer group, and interaction with space interest. Incorporate symbolic landmark attributes and identity labels into it, condense all details into beauty itself, and build a new gathering place for visual aesthetics.
Inspiració: In the post epidemic era, how to realize the harmonious coexistence of the ideal of human settlements and nature has become a new focus. Starting from the concept of the future landscape city, Ocean Luo extracts the image resonance of "cloud" and "watching the tide" while creating the scene, and extends the imagination of life through immersive space experience, opening a new chapter for the city of Zhuhai.
