Sobre Believe in Yourself Anell de Joieria

Believe in Yourself és un anell creat a partir del so. La forma es genera a partir d'un enregistrament d'àudio d'un missatge parlat sobre creure en un mateix. Un micròfon capta el so, i el disseny paramètric transforma l'enregistrament en corbes tridimensionals. Cada anell pren la forma de l'àudio donat com a inspiració, de manera que no hi ha dues peces iguals. L'anell està fet de plata de llei 925 mitjançant impressió 3D i la tècnica de la cera perduda. Mesura 20 per 30 per 30 mil·límetres i pesa 30 grams. La intenció és convertir un sentiment invisible en un objecte que es pugui portar.

This jewelry project is unique in its kind, as it uses sound as a tool to create three-dimensional and personalized pieces. Using a microphone and parametric design, each piece is influenced by the audio given as inspiration, making each one unique and special. stunning! Using audio as the basis for jewelry design creates a uniquely synesthetic
approach that physicalizes the invisible in a truly fascinating fashion.

Repte de Disseny: The challenges were all the testing and tweaking I had to do to get to the final product. All the discarded designs that were prior to what is now on the market. Two years of process are reflected in my current products and I have a lot more to contribute.
Recerca: Since I came up with the idea of introducing feelings and emotions into objects, the first challenge was how to do it. I came to the conclusion that one of the many ways we express ourselves is with sound. The next challenge was to capture sound and interpret it to intervene certain shapes and lines. Using parametric design I was able to interpret the audio to manipulate vectors and turn them into objects. Jewelry are not only pieces but they also carry the essence of the person who wore it and with these pieces they have a new added value which is the feeling of the person who gave it as a gift. Transmitting the project is something that has cost me but I managed to get people to send me marriage proposals, love messages, memories of people who have gone, among other things. What I do is to transform those memories expressed in sounds to generate objects that can be unique, personal and that will be with them for the rest of their lives.
Inspiració: My inspiration is the reaction of people to see their feelings turned from something invisible into a product they can use. It's not only jewelry but in the shapes created by the vibrations, the pieces contain their stories.
Durada del Projecte: This project started in 2022. Was exhibited in Milano Jewelry week and EVAC Gallery in New York .
