Sobre Playful Hut Embalatge Reutilitzable

Playful Hut és un embalatge reutilitzable dissenyat per a un producte d'emmagatzematge d'energia de grans dimensions. L'embalatge està fet de cartró ondulat i de niu d'abella biodegradable, que proporciona resistència a la càrrega i amortiment durant el transport. Les connexions de llengüeta i ranura substitueixen la cola i el plàstic. Les perforacions de fàcil obertura permeten als usuaris obrir espais buits i retirar blocs de paper, de manera que la caixa exterior es converteix en una caseta de jocs i la safata interior en mobiliari de joguina. La caixa es desplega pels quatre costats per facilitar-ne la manipulació. L'objectiu és reduir el malbaratament de materials i allargar la vida útil de l'embalatge.

Propietats Úniques: This is a creative, eco-friendly packaging solution for a large-scale energy storage product. It ensures safe transportation while being reusable. Users can easily transform the packaging into a DIY hollow playhouse with furniture, achieving a perfect balance of sustainability and functionality, providing a sustainable, interactive experience. The four-sided foldable box design reduces handling height, improves production efficiency, and enhances the user experience.
Dimensions i Embalatge: The packaging measures 800 millimeters wide 500 millimeters deep and 1200 millimeters high providing enough space to be transformed into a toy playhouse. This size is sufficient to accommodate children or pets creating an interactive play space.

Solution: Through innovative material selection, optimized structural design, simulated testing, and real-world validation, along with cross-department collaboration, the design team successfully overcame these challenges.
Recerca: This research aims to design an innovative, safe, and eco-friendly reusable packaging solution. Through design thinking, system design methods, user feedback, and prototype development, the study explored how to enhance the reusability of packaging and raise environmental awareness. The results show that the packaging improved handling efficiency, increased user engagement, raised environmental awareness, and contributed to the development of commercial, social, and design fields.
Inspiració: We aim to break away from traditional packaging methods by combining creativity and functionality to create packaging that is both eco-friendly and interactive. Reduce material waste through reusable design, and make the packaging not just a container for the product, but a medium for fun and interaction. This design offers consumers an enjoyable, eco-conscious experience while helping the brand stand out in a crowded market and contributing to a sustainable future.
