Book Text: Magnificent and Graceful és un interior d'apartament residencial a Macau, que ocupa 1200 metres quadrats. La idea de disseny s'inspira en un pentagrama musical, tot fent ressò de l'horitzó proper i de les onades de l'oceà. La distribució inclou una zona d'aparcament, una zona d'esmorzar, un gimnàs, una sala d'esbarjo i una sabateria. Les línies corbes connecten el sostre i la paret, mentre que les diferents alçades del sostre amaguen els aparells d'aire condicionat i els tubs. Els materials inclouen terres de fusta, pedra natural, rajoles, marbre, acer inoxidable i vidre lacat. Els materials resistents a la humitat s'adapten a l'entorn costaner humit.

Propietats Úniques: The design idea is derived from music staff. For its great view to the ocean, the house is surrounded by the extraordinary natural environment. The skyline as fascinating as musical staff and the ocean waves as delicate as musical notes altogether compose a wonderful concerto.

To satisfy the diverse needs for living environment, the designer constructs the house with parking lot, breakfast area, gym, recreation room, shoes room, etc., all of which agreeably integrated with just right sizes and traffic flows delineate the modern fashion and exquisite luxury styles.

Tecnologia de Producció: With regard to construction materials, the natural textures of wood grain rubber sheets, wood floors, natural stones, durable tiles and marble, all of which are adorned with the stainless steels, black steels and lacquered glass. Decorated in the bedroom, the soft textures of wallpapers and leathers, etc. spawn a warm atmosphere.
Repte de Disseny: That the interaction among the elements of space, ocean and sky, the sustainable thoughts, save energy and protect environment altogether transform the care for nature into a piece of soothing music.
Recerca: The natural elements conformed in the space artistically progress as elegant as ocean waves creating rhythmic patterns, seemingly regular but delicate. For the house near ocean where is humid, the specific environmentally-friendly and moisture-resistant materials, as well as the water-resistant structures, properly effectively reduce maintenance expense. In addition, the air circulation equipment furnished in the house reduces home humidity and purifies air. Lastly, the solar water heat, which is environmentally friendly, effectively saves energy.

Durada del Projecte: The project finished in June 2019, locates in Macau.
Flux d'Operació: The designer considering the lower height of previous 4-storey building brings about the integral sense of space by decorating the ceiling and air conditioning with the curved lines connecting the ceiling and wall. With the different heights of ceilings, moreover, the original lower ceiling can conceal air conditioning and hose without causing oppressive feeling.
