Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: The lobby is decorated in symmetrical style with carefully-arranged lighting matrixes to outline the image of the Union Flag. The negotiation area is separated from the lobby by an arched European-style partition. A black iron rack, red chairs and a black couch enclose a golden tea table, creating a comfortable and relaxing space for communication; the sweet magnolias, the antique clock and the fountain sculpture are all elaborate details to highlight British romance.

Panukiduki: Good space experience is not only to show the present but also to reflect the past and reveal the future. Therefore, whether the functions of a space are flexible and sustainable as time passes by is what the real estate group and the design studio are thinking about and exploring for.
Inspirasyon: Drawing inspirations from red brick buildings of British style, the designer has integrated the architectural elements with his own understanding of art, creating a red brick facade. In addidtion, soft furnishings of the same color are used to decorate the interior space.
